LoadPulse is a Carrier 360 companion. The Chrome extension reads visible load-board rows from a tab you open and sign in to, then uploads that freight data to your LoadPulse account so the web app can show loads, filters, contacts, and alerts.
Who this applies to
Each LoadPulse account belongs to one dispatcher. We do not sell multi-user carrier workspaces or share one dispatcher's board data with another account.
Data we collect
Account
When you create or sign in to a LoadPulse account on the website or in the extension, we process your email address, password, and account identifiers. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored in the extension after sign-in. The extension keeps session tokens on your device so it can stay signed in.
Load-board sync
When you start monitoring from the extension, LoadPulse reads the visible J.B. Hunt Carrier 360 grid in that tab and may store:
- Load identifiers, routes, schedules, and equipment
- Miles, weights, and published rates
- Broker or contact details shown with a load, when they are present in the synced data
- Extension sync metadata such as device label and last sync time
Workspace settings
We store boards, filters, alert rules, and alert events that you create in the web app.
Billing
Stripe processes subscription payments. LoadPulse stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and plan limits so we can enforce entitlements. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not LoadPulse.
Data we do not collect
- J.B. Hunt usernames, passwords, cookies, or session tokens. The extension uses the Carrier 360 session already open in your browser tab.
- Page HTML, screenshots, or form input from Carrier 360
- Advertising identifiers or remote analytics telemetry
How we use data
We use this information only to provide and improve LoadPulse's single purpose: syncing the loads you choose to monitor into your workspace and alerting you about them. That includes authentication, sync, filters, notifications, billing, security, and support.
How we share data
We do not sell personal or freight data, use load data for advertising, or share board data across accounts. We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase for authentication and database hosting
- Stripe for checkout and subscriptions
- Vercel for hosting the LoadPulse website and APIs
We may also disclose information if required by law, to prevent abuse, or as part of a sale of the business.
Limited use
LoadPulse complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Permissions and user data are used only to provide or improve the user-facing features described in the product. We do not use this data to serve personalized or interest-based ads. We do not allow humans to read user data except with your consent for support, for security investigations, to comply with law, or in aggregated form for internal operations.
Security and storage
Account and sync traffic uses HTTPS. Session tokens and settings live in Chrome extension storage on your device. Server-side account and load data is stored with our hosting providers listed above.
Retention and deletion
Inactive loads are deactivated when they leave a board snapshot and are eligible for deletion after about 14 days. You can delete your account in Settings. Account data is then removed, except records we must keep for invoices or legal requirements.
